TEAM
Ole (not to be confused with olé, a Spanish exclamation synonymous with bravo) Manny’s Seafood Shack is a Hispanic family-owned and operated Baja-style restaurant on wheels. Ole Manny’s was founded in 2022 by Manny Tenorio and his family. Manny ventured into Las Vegas’s gastronomic scene when he started a popular restaurant on Las Vegas Blvd in 2017, Bajamar Seafood & Tacos. After five years, numerous awards such as hidden gem of the year and best tacos in the state of Nevada, we are proud to introduce our newest project. Ole Manny’s Seafood Shack turned up the heat on innovative, fresh, and delicious tacos and seafood.
Collectively Manny, his daughter Stefanie, and the son he always wanted, Jared, have over 50 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Ole Manny’s is dedicated to continuing to develop their team around the values of consistency, honesty, humility, and family to strengthen their legacy in the City of Sin. Ole Manny’s has a family friendly atmosphere, where guests can enjoy laughs, high-quality seafood, and flavors that will transport your taste buds to the beaches of Baja California, Mexico. We stand by our motto, “If you don’t like it, we’ll eat it!”
